Victoria specializes in treating a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement, marital and family conflict, etc.
Her number one priority is to bring happiness and well-being to her patients' lives by restoring their mental balance. She wants to help you break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills and find new ways to respond to life's challenging situations. Victoria provides individual psychotherapy, relationship counseling, group therapy and other services. Victoria is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which scientific research has established to be effective in treating post traumatic stress.

Individuals meet with Victoria for one-on-one sessions in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 50 minutes.
For couples who have run into emotional trouble or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable.
Victoria also specializes in working with couples and has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, working towards certification.
Group Therapy is useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy. It provides feedback and interaction among patients who have experienced similar life experiences.
